Daily Duties at Technicolor:

 Projected and forecasted the packaging of DVD media in all North American facilities for clients such as Paramount, Disney, Universal, and The Weinstein Company  Created production plans, managed inventory using SKUs and internal/external part numbers, facilitated and tracked transfers between facilities and outside vendors  Created reports to assess availability / shortages of materials for work orders / sales orders  Assessed workability of orders and communicated issues to both internal and external customers  Assessed capacity in 3 facilities and assigned orders accordingly  Attended daily meetings with facilities to communicate status of current orders and the customer’s expectations  Utilized Microsoft Excel & Project to create Gantt charts for short-term & long-term forecasts for major promotions which were communicated to & used by upper level management as well as clients in promotion planning  Set up Business Insights Sharepoint site to enable real-time availability of reports between internal & external clients that is still being used  Promoted three times within the department
