Daily Duties at Bayhealth Medical Center:
Advise and guide managers and staff on the corrective action process; conduct training for both management and staff regarding policies procedures; and contemporary issues relating to HR oriented healthcare operations. Interpret organizational policies and offer opinions to inquiries from staff and management. Serve as the subject matter expert on assimilation of employment laws to organizational operations. Manage the employee appellate process. Supervise three employee relations specialists.
