• Launched a newly released medical device sales program. Hired, trained, and managed a sales team of five representatives working throughout the entire United States to establish a physician network of distributors to sell the medical device out of their offices. • Completed the initial program consisting of 430 physician accounts within 12 months. • Consistently exceeded quota for physician accounts. Selling 600 to 800 systems each month through physician accounts • Placed in charge of marketing and advertising for direct-to-consumer sales. Also managed internal sales and customer support team.
