Daily Duties at Utv True Games:
Oversaw the progress and completion of all deliverables, milestones and projects for both Customer Support and Community. Organized and coordinate weekly Community events for all applicable online games. Verify and work to see that all CS tools and requirements were integrated into all titles; live and in development. Directly manage CS and Community personnel. Establish unified messaging and worked to align marketing, design and development and community/CS messaging was inline and matching. Act as thought leader for all things CS and Community. Addressed all payment and purchase issues, both through Paypal as refunds as well as ensuring delivery of items purchased, refunding accidental mistakes and the like.
