Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase, Private Banking:

Responsible for the accuracy of Facility and Loan level information in the Loan Accounting Systems (ACBS/ECLIPS/ARC). •Review loan transactions to ensure proper documentation, collateral and lending authority prior to funding. •Process loan disbursements and payments correctly and in accordance with credit policy guidelines. •Track maturing interest rate options, obtain funding cost rates from treasury, contact Client Service Group for rollover instructions and enter transactions to loan systems. •Escalate/resolve exceptions and obtain appropriate lending authority prior to processing loan transaction. This involves contact with Capital Advisor or Credit Executive.
