Daily Duties at Crothall Healthcare:
Complete operational responsibility for 50+ Healthcare Organizations in the U. S. in the Midwest, Southwest, and West Coast with a managed volume of over $200 million. Work closely with Executive Leadership of Client Organizations to insure excellence of business and customer driven programs. Provide leadership for Regional Managers, Project Engineers and Facility Directors to ensure systems and programs are fully implemented with sound financial accountability and provide guidance as needed. Lead the business development and sales process for Crothall throughout the United States working directly with all of the Business Development Officers providing financial and technical analysis of operations. Assist and advise Senior Leadership in the development of business plans, operational programs and systems development.
