Daily Duties at Carolina Freight :
Supervised dock personnel, drivers, yard workers, and office clerks, providing effective performance management in team-oriented environment to achieve maximum productivity. Conducted daily inventories to ensure secure freight loading and timely departures. Led pre-shift meetings to address production and safety issues. Trained dock workers in freight loading and hazardous material handling.
