Pre audit season responsibilities included contacting General Partners and auditors to set audit season timing of work processes, review of tax credit projects, special projects involving the review of developer fee notes and workout deals. During audit season responsibilities including review of 200 entities financial statements, to confirm compliance to operating agreements. Review included analysis of rental achievement calculation, construction completion guaranty, calculation of net cash flow/deficit from operations, developer note amortization, financial statements comparative numbers to the previous year, changes in partners equity, operating deficit guarantees, construction completion guarantees and excess development costs, restricted cash, fixed assets, mortgage notes payable, reconciliation of net loss per tax return to financial statement, and low income housing credits.
