Process cases based on these assessments: event terms, validity, seriousness, special scenarios, timelines, accuracy and consistency. Determine and perform appropriate case follow-up, including generation of follow-up requests. Determine reportability of scheduled reports, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements. Review case criteria to determine the appropriate workflow for case processing, Assess cases to distinguish those with particular complexities and/or specific issues, and escalate appropriately. Compiled all product registration dossier as per Bureau of Food and Drugs requirements and submitted the dossiers as per corporate timelines. Maintained and established a registration submission tracking list for management guide. Maintained an active communication with principals (in Malaysia and Germany) pertaining to all product concerns including status of registration with government agencies, customer complaints and competitors’ activities. Resolved all customer concerns pertaining to product complaints and recall through implementation of corporate standard operating procedures. Sales Manager Promoted biotech equipment to clients which include hospitals, research institutes, biotechnology companies, and academe Achieved an average of 120% annual sales performance during the 4 years as Sales Manager. Ensured product availability by maintaining updated sales forecast vs sales targets and regular discussions with and implementation by the Logistics Division on product availability
