Daily Duties at Irvine Pacific Tradelink:

Review, rank, verify, process and document case-related information from adverse event reports and directly from customers / healthcare professionals. Process cases based on these assessments: event terms, validity, seriousness, special scenarios, timelines, accuracy and onsistency. Determine and perform appropriate case follow-up, including generation of follow-up requests. Determine reportability of scheduled reports, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements. Review case criteria to determine the appropriate workflow for case processing, Assess cases to distinguish those with particular complexities and/or specific issues, and escalate appropriately. Set annual corporate and sales executive budget. Achieved an average of 105% annual sales performance for the entire life of the company. Enhanced sales representatives’ product knowledge through product trainings conducted on a quarterly basis and when new products are launched in the market. Developed and retained sales from major pharmaceutical companies such as Bayer, Bristol Myers, Hoechst, Glaxo-Smith Kline, and Roche resulting to achievement of annual sales target. Maintained customer product awareness by conducting regular product updates through emails, mailers and customer visits. Implemented marketing and financial strategies to achieve overall 45% profit margin. Ensured product availability through the stringent implementation of order forecast agreed upon with the principal at the beginning of each fiscal year. Complied with all regulatory requirements of the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) pertaining to product registrations, recalls, and advertisements. Liaised with government agencies (Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Social Security System, etc) with regard to company registration, compliance with current rules and laws pertaining to business operations.
