Appointed as Manager of the Main Office at the Main Interior Building in Washington, DC, Managed Member/Customer Contact Call Center for United States to handle sales and service inquires for all Department of Interior employees. Directed retail channel delivery strategy for branch and call center network. Developed a five phase plan to transit credit union from a transaction based organization to a sales culture and client relationship focus entity. Developed new program initiatives including expansion of cross sell abilities to offer insurance and investment products. Developed first investment and insurance services program with staff and operations compliance under direct supervision. Developed small business banking initiative with new products and services for benefit of business clients/contractors of the Department of Interior. Managed a diverse staff of Tellers, Member Services Representatives, Loan Officers, Financial and Investment Representatives, Subordinate Managers and Supervisors.
