Daily Duties at Christus Spohn Health System:
As clinical staffing coordinator I am responsible for performing staffing functions and ensuring that all clinical units are adequately staffed. I am also responsible for checking, tracking and maintaining credentials and departmental data associated with staffing. The staffing work requires the negotiation of salary, benefits and work-related duties with potential candidates. As clinical staffing coordinator I am directly responsible for communicating with all department managers that have open requisitions for new clinical staff as well as last minute and other critical staffing needs to meet Joint Commission requirements.
