Daily Duties at Oak Hill Hospital:

Provides effective distribution and utilization of personnel especially staff for nursing areas. Patient advocate:meets with patients, family members and other customers to discuss concerns and unmet needs. Coordinate the response in a timely manner. Manages conflict resolutions during the shift. Executes decisions in the absence of the administrator on call. Evaluates issues and identify trends and collaborates on solving trending issues. Acting risk manager in the absence of administrator and other leaders. Monitors and evaluates clinical standards in the hospital. Ensures age appropriate care is given. Ensures that standard precautions is followed by all personnel using personal protective as required for procedures.
