Daily Duties at Orchard Ridge Rehabilitation Center:

Supervised and directs the provision of all aspects of patient care on the week-end through out the facility.Assists in providing effective distribution and utilization of personnel for nursing areas. Meets with patients, family members and other customers to discuss concerns and unmet needs. Coordinate the responses. Manages resolution of issues that arise during the week-end. Executes decisions in the absence of the director of nursing and the administrator on call and determines the need to contact.Acts as the risk manager coordinates the response to reported incidents including employee injuries. Ensures age and culturally appropriate care is given. Communicates with ACHA as the need arises in collaboration with the director of nursing on call.
