Daily Duties at Consulate Health Care:
Makes daily rounds of the unit. Supervises and directs nursing care provided on the skilled rehabilitation unit. Assists in providing effective distribution and utilization of staff for nursing unit. Manages and resolve conflicts during shifts. Evaluates issues and identify trends and communicates to facility leadership.Ensures that age and culturally appropriate care is given.Participates in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs.Actively participates in the Quality Assurance process, including attendance at Quality Assurance meetings and submission of required reports.Responsible for interviewing, performance reviews, training and coaching of employees.
