Managed and conducted all machinery related engineering and design function for the paper industry including new machinery and modification of existing systems in production.  Specific project applications include: Suction Roll, Pressure Roll, Reel Spool, Horizontal Track Reel, Calendar, Wire Stretcher, and Felt Stretcher.
