Daily Duties at Johnson & Johnson:
Managed equipment strategy and expansion projects and performance improvement for a $340 million FDA regulated, pediatrics filling and packaging operation. This is a 24/7, seasonal, multi-plant operation with sites in PA, TX, Canada and Puerto Rico. Direct day-to-day project management in its entirety of budgets, resources, time lines of capital projects for new production machinery and systems, equipment maintenance, rebuild efforts, performance improvements, as well as prepare long-range equipment replacement and rebuild plans.
