Daily Duties at City Government:

Facilitator/negotiator of sporting and entertainment events for the District of Columbia, including events at Robert F. Kennedy (RFK) Stadium. Spearheaded design/development/construction of public recreational sports facilities for the city and served on management team for construction of new stadium to house the newly arrived Major League Baseball franchise (41,000 seat, $681M project). Selected/oversaw consultants/contractors/employees for the new sports facilities’ development. Created/allocated all project budgets; collaborated with participating local groups, (e.g. community and government working and neighborhood associations) to manage impact of construction on the community. Managed several local football/baseball/soccer/track field construction projects. Projects were developed and delivered on time and under budget.
