Daily Duties at Sierra Classic Homes:
Ran all commercial construction, and built 5 scattered site residential custom homes. Took houses/buildings from plans, through bid process, estimating, take-offs, buy-out, permitting, construction, change orders, contract administration to completion and owner acceptance. Approved all contract payments, partial draws, and payments to material suppliers. Met continually with owner's to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
