Daily Duties at Golden Sack, Llc:

I was responsible for deriving an investor thesis which would indicate the outlines of what this industry has to offer, what we have to offer it and how we will approach the market; feasibility report which indicates whether this venture will be cost effective and whether or not we agree that our strategic partners have the integrity to complete the supply chain; pricing protocol for wholesale bag distribution was part of my objectives in that I had to derive a break even analysis as well as to negotiate production terms and bag composition (chemically) which would have a direct impact on price; production requests via the producers of the bag which were in China, we had to determine how long the bags would take to arrive in our warehouses and in what conditions were they to be transported; compiling a legal team made up of patent lawyers, biodegradable/compostable material legalese included, scientific team that would be responsible for handling our internal testing and ensuring that the production facilities were delivering spec'd product. I was also responsible for establishing the budget and timeline for our operational roll-outs.
