Daily Duties at Greenstar Social Marketing:
Provided leadership and direction for all Greenstar operations in the North Region, serving a population of over 40 million, and supervised a team of doctors/trainers, sales staff and medical representatives, and interpersonal communications staff. Approximately 50,000 DALYs were achieved per annum through the program including a private provider franchise of over 1,000 private providers, and sales and distribution of 16 products and services. I managed strategic development and implementation of corporate strategies related to sales, distribution, private provider training, health franchise network development, training, marketing and IPC, finance, administration and human resource management. Scheduling special days in schools to increase awareness on safe drinking water.
