Daily Duties at Greenstar Social Marketing:
Supervised 15 master trainers for Greenstar, who were all medical doctors. This included developing curricula in family planning and maternal, neonatal and child health; and conducting and supervising training of private doctors and “Lady Health Visitors” in the Greenstar franchise. Responsibilities included supervising quality assurance and improvement activities of over 2,500 Greenstar franchise providers. Developed communications materials and supervised interpersonal communications activities, including a team of over 200 IPC workers in two provinces of Pakistan with a population of over 50 million. Developed material on increasing use of condoms by youth to avoid unprotected sex I also managed the management of training events, Community awareness days for young women and handling special event days.
