• Maintained, programmed, and installed Avaya S8700 equipment, phones and wireless devices at Beltsville, Maryland, and Martinsburg in West Virginia • Ensured high communications effectiveness, thus minimizing downtime through troubleshooting along with effective resolution of technical issues; executed and scheduled routine maintenance activities •Appointed to setup Voice over IP (VoIP) trucking for Definity Generic switches for the ATF • Spearheaded the remote programming of various Definity telecommunications switches, including Definity Generic, Merlin Magix, and Lucent Partner Systems, for the ATF across the United States Installed and maintained a Merlin Magix system for the Pakistan Embassy located in Washington DC Worked closely with vendors at remote location for the installation of Avaya switches
