Daily Duties at Pittsburgh Glass Works Llc:
Pittsburgh Glass Works has a total of nine manufacturing and assembly sites throughout North America. The Manager, Enterprise Excellence, worked closely with these sites to drive operational excellence through the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. In addition to leading and/or facilitating specific projects and Kaizen events, Lean assessments were conducted at each of the sites to evaluate progress toward implementing a world-class Lean culture.
