Managed the daily activities of a staff of 6 managers and 90 technicians operating on a 24/7 schedule. Supervised receiving, maintenance, engineering, safety/environmental and accounting departments as well as fleet regulatory compliance, plant quality control, and sanitation functions including FDA inspections. Directed all budgeting/forecasting, and managed financial reporting and performance measurement systems. Formulated and ensured compliance to budgets totaling $30 million. Managed largest daily “Direct to Store” delivery network in the nation for Frito-Lay North America. Oversaw warehouse activities including inventory control and return product management. Supply Chain Leader managed all supply chain activities working in conjunction with sales, product supply, manufacturing and distribution in scheduling and coordinating production and promotional deliveries for D2C business. Developed and implemented capital and facility improvement projects including ROI analysis.
