Procured computer hardware and software up to $700K. Managed all Value Added Reseller Agreements (VARs)and reporting requirements. Tracked and analyzed trends of computer equipment and software. Prepared RFP's and RFQ's for computer equipment and software based off of bill of materials from contracts. Negotiated pricing and delivery terms for each purchase. Issued Purchase Orders based off of RFQ's. Understanding of all Terms and Conditions within the company and vendors. Coordinated receipt of procured equipment and software. Insured invoices were correct with pricing, purchase orders and charge back (account codes) before submitting to accounts payable for payment. Supervisor Commercial Buyer. Worked independently on projects using own judgement and problem solving skills. Ensured vendors met all delivery requirements. Negotiated with manufacturers, distributors and vendors to procure products and services up to $700K. Negotiated Value Added Reseller Agreeements (VARs). Provided responsive customer service and support to internal clients.
