Was responsible for the health, treatment, and care of the residents at a nursing home. I supervised five RNs, 15 LPNs, and 87 CNAs. Provided state mandated training as required for certification. Completed work schedules for all staff. Was the contact person for patient and family complaints. Administered medications and treatments as needed.
