Daily Duties at Sra International, Inc:

Identify billing discrepancies with follow through until resolved with refunds or credits. Created and maintained all inventory records for Telecom and Network vendors, accounts, phone lines and data lines. Maintained positive relationships with Telecom and Network vendors. Validated, audited, processed, approved and reconciled local, voice, and data invoices totaling up to $500K.n (Supported invoice analysis) Coordinated service orders, changes and disconnects for local, voice and data invoices. Tracked credits, refunds and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Applied appropriate cost allocations and charge codes (account codes). Validated pre-analysis ensuring inventory reconciles to invoice. Identify and communicate process issues to department management in timely manner. Provided audit results to include Invoice rate analysis (changes) of local, voice, long distance and data services. Meet/exceeded managements satisfaction while maintaining profitability. Assisted with preparing RFP/RFQ for Corporate Voice, Local, Long Distance and Data services. Tracked and applied vendor credits and refunds to appropriate account codes (charge backs). Reviewed Telecom/Network contracts for discrepancies before signature. Assisted with complete process of Corporate Local, Voice, Long Distance and Data service award. Identified and tracked issues pertaining to Corporate Long Distance carrier switch both technical and invoices. Ensured contract discounts and terms are applied appropriately. Issued invoice payments to multiple carriers using PCard monthly. Reconciled PCard statement monthly. Worked independently and used judgement and problem solving skills.
