Daily Duties at Mountainside Senior Living:
I was responsible for the 24 hour operation of all health services. I provide training opportunities for each member of the department. Just some of the many functions of my position were assuring that each resident's needs are being met with the best care possible. I also manage the department’s budget, assuring that we remain within the allotted guidelines. I observed and made certain the facility remains in complaints with the State guidelines and requirement. I conduct periodical audits of all functions within the department making sure we are within the scope of requirements.
