Daily Duties at Mirage Cafe & Sports Bar:
Managed a team of 15 including two front of the house managers and one back of the house kitchen manager. I coordinated monthly schedule for staff, reviewed daily sales figures, completed food & liquor ordering, met with vendors and sales reps to negotiate pricing and quantity rebates, assited staff during heavy traffic hours to maintain high quality of service, coordinated marketing events & product promotions and updated POS system for inventory, pricing and menu options. Oversaw payroll on a bi-monthly basis, performed employee reviews, recruited and trained new and existing staff, performed weekly facility walk throughs to address maintenance and repair issues and analyzed P&L statements. Oversaw and controlled everything involving the property and business from the ground floor up.
