Oversaw operations in LA and Denver locations by coordinating the scheduled routes for pick-up and delivery of affected items. Monitoring daily production of items being processed for delivery and items being inventoried for processing. Analyzed weekly performance results against targeted goals. Customer relations/resolution via phone or in person meeting. Conducted daily/weekly production meetings for training, review weekly/monthly sales goals, industry updates, status of AP/AR, changes to daily procedures, updates on National Account service deliverables, Safety training & review and vehicle maintenance. Performed 1 on 1 or small group presentations on our company, national accounts, products & pricing and service deliverables. Performed quality control reviews with Supervisors. P&L analysis. Provided phone support, training and additional management for locations in New Mexico, Arizona, Georgia, California, Maryland & Washington.
