Daily Duties at Quinnipiac University:

As a consultant on staff, I was responsible for the training of junior consultants, managing of operational teams and for the interpersonal education of each individual team member who was within my curriculum base. Within the team dynamics portion of the course, I was responsible for managing a highly detailed WBS and ensuring the timely completion of each objective leading to an encompassing goal. As a secondary and equally as important responsibility, I was responsible for the management of successful conflict resolutions within the team dynamics.
