Evaluate audit training reports and recommendations issued by Audit and Recovery Team, Adjustment and Appeals; define and implement corrective action plans, employee incentive activities and morale booster programs. Develop, coordinate and execute staff training pertaining to claims processes, corporate policies and compliance procedures resulting in 99.95% accuracy with claims processing. Supervise five direct and 17 indirect associates in quality, loading, research and documentation and claims analysis
