Daily Duties at Phoenix Life Insurance :
- Responsible for managing an eBusiness Internet architecture project (called "Customer Care") that integrated legacy systems and created web interfaces to make customers’ accounts accessible on the internet. - Responsible for managing the "Individual Insurance" Year 2000 effort. - Responsible for managing the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) project for the Individual Insurance Line-of-Business. - Responsible for managing the desktop modernization project for the corporate office. - Responsible for managing an organizational improvement project to create a new maintenance and support process. - Responsible for developing project management standards for the Phoenix Project Management Office. - Responsible for mentoring and providing consultative services to other project managers.
