Daily Duties at Cm Group, Llc:
General supervision of corporate legal matters, drafting, review and approval of material contracts, press releases. • Drafting initial filings and responses and inquiries from regulating authorities including, FINRA, SEC, Nevada Division of Mortgage Lending, Nevada Insurance Commission. • Negotiating and preparing service contracts, employment agreements, nondisclosure, joint venture and marketing agreements. • General implementation and oversight of company legal policies and procedures. • Advised senior management on general legal matters. • Provided oversight of outside counsel, legal matters and litigation.
