Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a development and product support team for commercial loan processing workflow automation. This included: - Definition of the project scope and objectives - Recruit, supervise and coordinate training for the development team. - Plan, schedule, and assign development team tasks. - Develop the $1.5 million project budget and manage costs. - Purchased required hardware and software. - Assure proper “phase gate” approvals were obtained - Produce and present progress reports.
