Daily Duties at Group M:

Managed international resource pool of 10 directors and 35 analysts across three continents. Due to the fact that the directors are technically in a higher position, I must take great care when managing their expectations, implementations and responsibilities. For example, I can offer my assistance in specific situations such as "facilitating" the conversation as it revolves around scoping practices and objective deliveries. With external groups, the number of analysts on record would rise to over 45; however, they are not on the day-to-day process system we have developed but when we partner together, they utilize the process we have deployed.
