Daily Duties at Beverly's:

Directs the day-to-day operations ensuring profitability through management. Follows company policies & procedures and meets or exceed sales and profit goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Control store expenditures through management of payroll and operating costs. Actively participate in the promotion of Beverly’s by direct community contact, staying current with company-wide advertising and providing sales leadership to staff. Stay current with products, marketing and pricing of area retailers with similar product lines. Maintain adequate inventory levels, store goods replenishment and planning. Have the ability to prioritize responsibilities and provide immediate response to needs. Work with a sense of urgencyMust possess strong customer service and communication skills.
