Daily Duties at Fed Ex Technical Connect:

Responsible and Accountable for customer service communications up to the level of Vice President of the FedEx Corporation. Ensuring the highest level of customer service by responding to client needs and offering effective solutions. Forecast and strategically plan independent performance goals related to call quality service, average handling time, scheduling, contribution, and compliance initiatives. Track all domestic and international packages while arranging the movement of customer priority packages on a global basis. Advised customers regarding applicable duties, taxes, classification/values of commodities, expected service delays, routing, and tracing services. Initiate credit, refunds, and other compensation measures as necessary. Perform root-cause analysis to determine source of customer problems and advise account executives and management of crucial or recurring situations.
