Daily Duties at Vms:

●Managed a staff of 31 traffickers, editors and supervisors involved with the day to day production and handling of integrated media analysis, multi-media compilation and competitive intelligence for client spokespeople, product campaigns, sports sponsorship and corporate crisis management. Created and managed staff schedules, hiring, firing, training and the creation of policy and manuals related to the department and various positions within. ●Successfully created, managed and trained the After Hours team to fill a need for complete 24/7 client care outside of normal business hours. This team and I were directly involved in handling global client crisis and clients’ strategic media events during the evenings and weekends. ●Collaborated with sales and clients to create unique procedures for managing specific account requirements to meet deadlines and achieve ROI. ●Continuously analyzed work-flow and production metrics to achieve efficiencies in quality, headcount and cost savings for the organization.
