--Managing microbiology DNA lab, including planning, development and supervising activities in the lab. --Conduct research in biomarker analysis (DNA/RNA and lipids--PLFA) and its application in environmental microbiology, develop new methodology with DNA/RNA biomarkers -- Duties also include data mining (geochemical, biochemical data, and sequence data), data analysis and presentation, -- Help grant proposal preparation and writing (at least 5 years, also review various grant proposal and manuscript on behalf of my supervisor) -- Publish peer-reviewed publications
