developing and improving IT and business processes in the areas of infrastructure and applications deployment on the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services CITIC contract. Duties included process and infrastructure improvements for enhanced speed and quality for new applications deployment and developing enhanced methods for application configuration and testing. Senior member of CMS Medicare Part D ITP. Responsible for annual IT improvement initiatives development. Responsible for development of multiple architecture components for network improvements including NTP services, SNMP and DNS services in an n-tier, secure environment. Duties also included serving as the primary client contact and project manager for multiple applications.
