Daily Duties at Abbott Laboratories:

Managed teams of up to 15 representatives, including the coverage of two districts for much of 2008. Enforced accountability for sales quotas and call attainment parameters. Managed district finances and allocated resources for maximum ROI. Maintained districts within budget, and assured all compliance and education requirements were met in a timely fashion. Assessed team product knowledge and sales skills. Provided product education sales coaching on evidence-based selling, and measured all outcomes. Fostered team building, representative growth and development, and career path advancement. Trained and mentored new employees to ensure success. Conducted sales meetings at local, district, regional, and national levels. Launched Simcor and TriLipix for mixed dyslipidemia to both primary care physicians and specialists. Initiated working partnership with affiliated specialty managers and managed care experts to increase market share and efficiency of sales efforts.
