Daily Duties at American Family Insurance:
Currently manage and actively engage a team of 27 agents and $60M in revenue. Partner with agents and coach them on business strategies in the areas of growth, profit, customer retention, and customer satisfaction in their agencies. Recruit, hire and train new agents. Sales forecasting. Preparing annual budgets. Agent capacity planning. Create & execute sales contests. Lead montly team meetings.
