I was one of the original bartenders that opened the “Lobby” Restaurant, part of the Concentrics restaurant group. There I was known for being an exceptional bartender, primarily when I worked the service bar. Providing stellar service to a 400 cover restaurant and high volume boutique Hotel Twelve - “Lobby” catered to an elite clientele. Mixologist responsibilities included: creating unique mojitos, martinis, and other exotic libations while serving a full fine dining menu at the bar. Developed an extensive product knowledge through wine tastings and dish pairings.
