Spearheaded and directed key operational and construction functions, with strong focus on securing new business opportunities and ensuring that projects delivered on time and to highest levels of quality. Directly responsible for overall business functions, including operational planning, hiring and staff development, budgeting & financials, safety, and quality assurance. Coordinated and managed contractors and subcontractors, oversaw field operations, and personally drove design and client relations
