Senior most project manger responsible for manging construction projects ranging in size from 30K to 1.6mil from product submittals to Installation and close outs documents. Negotiate proposals and contracts, Liazon between our company's project managers and clients for projects that were not going as well as planed. Successfully supervise and mentored other project managers, and consistently implemented standard operating procedures. Liaised and negotiated proposals and contracts between Middlesex Glass and general contractors, owner clients, and subcontractors. Responsible for renovation of three story residential buildings into condominiums for subdivision using my Contractors license to pull all permits and manage subcontractors
