Recruited as the first HR executive to build an HR organization from the ground up for a newly formed global company that grew from $50M to $2B in revenue with stock price rising from $4.50 to $80.15. Provided leadership in developing and implementing all core HR strategies, policies, procedures, and programs supporting rapid growth and all plant locations and JV assets both domestic and abroad. Managed 5 direct and 35 indirect reports and a $5 million HR budget. Chaired the Retirement and Investment Committees.
