Recruited to lead all aspects of HR operations for two large, newly merged energy companies with oversight for strategic HR planning & execution, compensation & benefit programs, employee & labor relations, federal compliance( OSHA, ADA, EEO/AA), organizational development, performance management, safety, talent acquisition, succession planning, payroll, and M&As. Managed 8 direct & 24 indirect reports. Oversee $5.5 million HR operating budget.
