Design, develop and implement a secure deployment lab infrastructure as well as process documentation for Nexteer North American world headquarters and 7 manufacturing facilities. •Coordinate with manufacturing plant personnel to retrieve and distribute end user systems •Resolve technical issues covering a wide range of elements from legacy software to updated hardware drivers •Instituted security procedures to ensure all users retained their personal laptops and corresponding data
